Delivery and Returns
CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. If you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance selling agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
3. Shipping costs associated with product delivery shall be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that this does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any applicable warranty certificates, user manuals, and other relevant documents.
6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR
7. If the Buyer fails to pay the purchase price of the product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
8. If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the bank or financial institution does not pay the seller the price of the product sold, the buyer must return the product covered by the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
9. If unforeseeable circumstances arise that prevent the Seller from delivering the product on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this fee shall be paid to them in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
10. The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery; the Buyer shall not accept delivery of damaged or defective goods/services, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging, from the shipping company. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. The BUYER must take care to protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
11. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address they specified, by notifying the SELLER via the contact details below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

13. If the purchaser has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
14. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” set forth in this agreement.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
16. The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (If the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the company when returning the product. Returns for orders with invoices issued in the name of companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
17. The return form, the box and packaging of the products to be returned, along with any standard accessories, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN POLICY
18. The SELLER is obligated to refund the total amount and return any documents that place the BUYER under obligation to the BUYER within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to collect the goods within 20 days.
19. If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason attributable to the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER shall be liable to compensate the SELLER for damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER shall not be liable for changes or deterioration arising from the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
20. If the amount of the discount used under the campaign is canceled if the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
21. Products prepared at the request of the BUYER or clearly in accordance with their personal needs and which are not suitable for return, such as underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, goods that are likely to deteriorate quickly or have an expired use-by date, Products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, Services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, as well as sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, in accordance with the Regulation. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with the Regulation for services whose performance has commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
22. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
23. If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and to be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; it may claim the resulting expenses and attorney's fees from the BUYER and, in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damage and loss incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

24. You can make a payment via Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to any of our Garanti Bank accounts (in TL).
25. You can use your credit cards on our website to make a single online payment or take advantage of online installment options for any type of credit card. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
Please note!
If you believe a package has been damaged during shipping, open and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept delivery and have the delivery company prepare a report.
Once the product has been accepted, the delivery company is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations.

If you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure that it is redelivered as soon as possible.
